In this lesson, you will learn how to prepare, balance, and efficiently organize your canyoning backpack before a trip. You will discover which equipment to carry, how to distribute the load for better carrying comfort, and how to keep essential items quickly accessible. A well-prepared backpack helps you move more efficiently, reduce fatigue during the approach, and start the descent in the best possible safety conditions. This simple but essential skill is one of the foundations of autonomy in canyoning.
